 Delivery Coverage

We deliver Aardvark across the whole of the UK, including remote areas which include Highlands postcodes (IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE), Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands. We do not currently ship products outside of the United Kingdom.

Delivery Rates

Our standard delivery is 3-5 days though we aim to deliver 850g bags and 1.5kg bags within 48 hours.

Subscription

Subscription purchases are delivered 3-5 days after subscription payment is made.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. If for any reason your pet does not get along with Aardvark then we urge you to please donate your bag to a local shelter rather than throwing it away. Please read the feeding guide inserted with your bag for more tips and tricks on how to transition your pet to Aardvark. If you do have any issues with your pet not taking to Aardvark, please reach out to the team at: help@aardvark.store.
